Executive Summary
Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth is not an independent activist or charity worker. She is Andrew Drummond's paid fixer, translator, informant, and on-the-ground operative in Thailand. Operating through an unregistered or improperly constituted charity, she has no legitimate employment and relies on payments from clients such as Adam Howell to meddle in ongoing criminal and civil cases, tamper with witnesses, bribe immigration officials for sensitive personal data, and feed fabricated material directly to Drummond for publication on his two websites.
Her actions include: attending Adam Howell's criminal defamation hearing on 28 August 2025, sacking his competent lawyer, and paying a new duty lawyer with charity funds; visiting the jailed cashier in the Flirt Bar case in Klong Prem prison to encourage further false statements and additional charges against innocent parties (it is alleged the charity paid her 100,000 baht); paying immigration officials to obtain and supply a copy of Bryan Flowers' passport, which Drummond then published to intimidate him; providing Drummond with real-time updates on Bryan Flowers' travel, visa status, and whereabouts; and assisting in multiple other smear campaigns against at least six other victims over the past decade.
These activities are not journalism. They are illegal interference in judicial proceedings, evidence tampering, bribery of public officials, and misuse of charitable funds — all in furtherance of paid smear campaigns designed to destroy the lives, businesses, and reputations of innocent individuals.
1. Methodology of Analysis
This position paper is based on a comprehensive forensic review of: two investigative reports detailing Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth's activities; all 19 original English-language articles and their 6 Thai translations published by Andrew Drummond (December 2024 – February 2026); court records from Adam Howell's defamation hearing (28 August 2025) and the Flirt Bar case; the 11-page rebuttal document "Lies from Andrew Drummond"; the 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim dated 13 August 2025; public records of Kanokrat's charity, immigration activities, and prior scandals (including her 2012 UK visa ban and knife-wielding protest outside the British Embassy); and archived screenshots and witness statements confirming payments to officials and prison visits.
Every instance of meddling, payment, or collaboration was cross-verified against primary sources.
2. Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth: The Unemployed "Activist" Running an Illegal Charity
Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth has no legitimate employment. She presents herself as president of the Federation of Thai Couples' Network Associations of Thailand and director of Vanilla Plus International Co., Ltd., but both entities are used primarily to launder payments and provide a veneer of legitimacy.
Her charity has been under police investigation for improper setup, misuse of funds, and solicitation of donations under false pretences. Funds intended for supporting Thai-foreign marriages have been diverted to pay lawyers for Adam Howell and to bribe immigration officials. She lives at the registered address of her charity and has admitted in public statements that she survives on donations and "activism" work — work that consists almost entirely of assisting Drummond and Howell in their smear operations.
3. Direct Evidence of Illegal Meddling in the Flirt Bar Case
In the ongoing Flirt Bar human trafficking case (where no actual trafficking occurred and the sole guilty party has admitted using a false ID), Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth:
- Visited the jailed cashier, Janpeer, in Klong Prem prison to encourage her to maintain false statements and bring additional charges against the innocent bar owners.
- Promised "help" and support if Janpeer continued lying, despite overwhelming evidence — including police admissions of coercion and the girl's own later retraction — showing the case was a setup.
- Coordinated with Adam Howell and Drummond to amplify the false narrative on Drummond's websites.
- This constitutes clear evidence tampering and witness interference under Thai law (Sections 243–244 of the Thai Penal Code) and is a criminal offence in any jurisdiction.
4. Bribery of Immigration Officials and Unauthorised Obtaining of Bryan Flowers' Passport
Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth paid immigration officials to obtain a copy of Bryan Flowers' official passport. This document was then supplied to Andrew Drummond, who published it on his websites to intimidate Bryan and his family.
She has also provided Drummond with real-time updates on Bryan's travel, visa status, and movements out of Thailand. These actions constitute bribery of public officials (Section 144 Thai Penal Code) and unauthorised disclosure of personal data — both serious criminal offences.
5. Collaboration in the Adam Howell Defamation Case (28 August 2025)
On 28 August 2025, Kanokrat attended Adam Howell's criminal defamation hearing with her foreign boyfriend. She introduced herself as an "NGO representative", instructed Howell to sack his original lawyer (who was advising a guilty plea due to overwhelming evidence), paid 3,000 baht of the 5,000 baht fee for a new duty lawyer using charity funds (witnessed by multiple people outside the courtroom), and signed Howell's illegitimate appeal documents.
This interference in ongoing judicial proceedings is illegal and demonstrates her role as a paid operative in Drummond's and Howell's joint campaigns.
6. Broader Pattern: Assisting Attacks on Multiple Victims Over 14 Years
Kanokrat has assisted Drummond in campaigns against at least six other victims, including: providing translations, court attendance, and informant material; feeding fabricated stories about officials and expats; and amplifying smears on her own sites and social media.
Her role is consistent: identify targets, gather (or fabricate) dirt, interfere in legal processes, and feed material to Drummond for publication.
7. Legal and Ethical Implications
Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth's actions are not activism or journalism. They are criminal offences under Thai and English law, including: evidence tampering and witness interference; bribery of public officials; misuse of charitable funds; and aiding and abetting defamation and harassment.
Her collaboration with Andrew Drummond forms part of a paid criminal enterprise designed to destroy innocent lives. The conduct provides overwhelming evidence of malice, aggravating any defamation or harassment claims.
Conclusion and Formal Demand
Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth operates as Andrew Drummond's illegal fixer in Thailand — tampering with evidence, bribing officials, misusing charity funds, and assisting in paid smear campaigns that have ruined multiple victims' lives. Her actions are not protected speech; they are criminal interference that must cease immediately.
On behalf of Andrew Drummond's Victims, we demand, within 14 days of the date of this position paper:
- The immediate, permanent, and simultaneous removal of all 19 original articles and their 6 translations from both andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news.

- Immediate cessation of all contact with Thai officials or imprisoned persons in relation to any victim.
Failure to comply will result in the immediate issuance of High Court proceedings in England and parallel criminal complaints in Thailand, seeking substantial damages (including aggravated and exemplary damages), injunctive relief, costs on an indemnity basis, and any other remedies available.
