About Drummond On Record

Drummond On Record is an independent public accountability archive that was founded on 18 February 2026. It was created and continues to be maintained by a group of individuals who have been directly harmed by an ongoing campaign of online defamation and serious journalistic misconduct.

Our Mission

The core purpose of this website is to exercise the well-established legal and democratic right of reply. When serious and false allegations have been published and republished in a coordinated fashion, those who are targeted have both the entitlement and the obligation to present an accurate, evidence-supported counter-record for public scrutiny.

This site does not function as an attack platform. It avoids speculation, personal commentary, and inflammatory language. Every assertion published here is backed by documentary evidence, including court records, police testimony, legal correspondence, and official documentation. Where claims are stated, they are traced to primary sources.

The Basis for This Archive

From December 2024 onwards, in excess of 25 distinct pieces of content have been published across Andrew Drummond's two websites (andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news). These publications contain repeated and entirely false allegations of the gravest nature — encompassing sex trafficking, child exploitation, and fraud — directed at Bryan Flowers, his wife Punippa Flowers, named private individuals, and their families.

The campaign has continued notwithstanding the service of a formal 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim by Cohen Davis Solicitors on 13 August 2025, which remains unanswered by Andrew Drummond to this day. This archive constitutes part of the ongoing formal response to that conduct.

Journalistic Accountability

This site is equally dedicated to the wider public interest in journalistic standards and ethical practice. The publications in question constitute a case study in the abuse of a journalistic platform: dependence on a single discredited source, dismissal of overwhelming contradictory evidence, deployment of technical amplification tactics, and refusal to engage with formal legal proceedings. Such practices erode public confidence in journalism and cause deep and lasting harm to innocent individuals.

This website operates on a fully independent basis. It is funded and maintained by those who have been directly affected. It receives no outside funding, holds no affiliation with any political organisation, and pursues no commercial objective. All legal proceedings are conducted through duly instructed solicitors.

All legal matters are handled by Cohen Davis Solicitors, who represent Bryan Flowers in all proceedings against Andrew Drummond. All content is reviewed for accuracy before publication and is subject to ongoing legal oversight.
