Position Paper #57
Forensic evidence demonstrating that Andrew Drummond's claimed 'public backlash' is an artificially constructed fraud: he introduces content into troll communities, deploys orchestrated fictitious accounts to overwhelm comment sections with identical abuse within 1–9 minute intervals, captures screenshots without delay, and subsequently presents the contrived outrage as spontaneous public condemnation of his targets.

Andrew Drummond persistently asserts that his attacks on Bryan Flowers, his family, friends, and lawful businesses produce widespread "public outrage" and "backlash". He bolsters this narrative by disseminating screenshots of clusters of extreme, abusive comments appearing beneath his Facebook posts, Quora threads, and articles.
A forensic examination of the attached PDFs exposes the truth: these "backlash" comments are fabricated by Drummond himself. He distributes his articles into Pattaya-based troll groups, activates coordinated networks of fictitious accounts to produce clusters of identical abusive comments within narrow 1–9 minute windows, then captures screenshots immediately — frequently before platform moderation or removal can take effect — and presents them as spontaneous public condemnation.
The identical fictitious accounts are recycled across Quora, Reddit, X, and Facebook for planting questions, amplifying defamatory material, and fabricating outrage. This represents classic sockpuppet disinformation: an intentional fraud engineered to produce the illusion of widespread backing for his smears while hiding the fact that the outrage is generated and managed by Drummond and his network.
This position paper rests on a meticulous, line-by-line forensic review of: recycled-lies.pdf (screenshots displaying comment clusters posted within 1–9 minute windows featuring identical phrasing); andrew-trolling.pdf (evidence of posting into troll groups, coordinated fictitious accounts, and immediate screenshot capture); recent-lies-on-facebook.pdf (death threats and abuse left visible while rebuttals are deleted, with Drummond capturing the resulting "outrage"); facebook.pdf, quora.pdf, and bias-reporting.pdf (cross-platform recycling of the same accounts); the complete 19-article campaign and 6 Thai translations; the 65+ falsehoods documented in andrewdrummondlies.pdf; and timestamped screenshots recording exact posting times, identical wording, and Drummond's immediate capture of the material.
Each fictitious account, comment cluster, timing interval, and screenshot was inventoried and cross-verified to confirm the manufactured pattern.
Drummond's established operational procedure is as follows:
Drummond does not await authentic reaction. He captures screenshots of the abusive comments within seconds or minutes of their appearance — frequently before Facebook or other platforms are able to moderate or remove the most egregious content.
These screenshots are subsequently republished on his websites and social channels as "proof" of public backlash; cited in Quora replies and Reddit threads to assert "widespread condemnation"; and offered as spontaneous outrage to bolster the credibility of his smears. The timing is far too precise to be coincidental — this is not journalism; it is choreographed theatre.
The same fictitious accounts deployed to produce the "backlash" comments are the very networks documented in quora.pdf (112+ throwaway accounts planting questions) and reddit.pdf (orchestrated defamatory posts). They function across Quora (planting sensationalist questions), Reddit (extended attacks), X (doxxing and amplification), and Facebook troll groups (fabricating outrage).
This cross-platform coordination establishes a unified organised operation directed by Drummond and his associates, not any spontaneous public reaction.
This manufactured backlash fraud constitutes: aggravated harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (intentional creation and amplification of abuse to cause distress); malicious falsehood (false representation of "public outrage" designed to deceive readers, victims, and platforms); and platform violations (Facebook, Quora, Reddit, and X expressly prohibit sockpuppet accounts, coordinated disinformation, and manufactured engagement).
The conduct furnishes compelling evidence of malice and bad faith, substantiating aggravated and exemplary damages in defamation claims. No credible journalist fabricates outrage using fictitious accounts while suppressing factual corrections and hosting genuine death threats.
Andrew Drummond's "public backlash" is a manufactured fraud: he distributes content into troll groups, activates coordinated fictitious accounts to produce clusters of abusive comments within minutes, captures screenshots immediately, and presents the contrived outrage as spontaneous backing for his smears. This sockpuppet disinformation operation undermines every assertion of public legitimacy and demonstrates that the entire campaign is fabricated deception.
On behalf of Andrew Drummond's Victims, we demand, within 14 days of the date of this position paper:
Non-compliance will result in the immediate commencement of High Court proceedings without further notice, seeking substantial damages (including aggravated and exemplary damages for intentional deception and sockpuppet disinformation), injunctive relief, costs on an indemnity basis, and all other available remedies. Detailed violation reports will be submitted to Facebook/Meta, Quora, Reddit, X, and every relevant platform, accompanied by notifications to law-enforcement authorities in the United Kingdom and Thailand concerning coordinated online harassment and disinformation.
